Vitch was in no ways a victim, those he met were. He gleefully beat Mattimeo, said nasty things about his father instigating the fight. He never showed any signs of possible good.

I think the Queen and King in Rakkety Tam were annoying.

I forgot about those two....I'd consider them more annoying than Vitch.  They're far older and ought to not be acting like spoiled babes at their age.
