and its sooo much fun!! as long as you know how to do it properly. safety if very important... if you just do it with no practice then you end up hurt. i started small on benches and pic-nic tables and now jump off buildings and vault walls. i hope every one starts small.

Lol there were some guys in my youth group that were trying some parkour and nearly killed themselves! They were like flipping off of the benches in the park. It was crazy.

Can u do a flip on the ground? I can do one of diving board/trampoline but not on the ground

front handspring is the only flip i can do on the ground... i havn't tried any others yet.

im trying to get a couple friends to do it with... but now i found a couple places that have inside parkour gyms... and a website that is for Parkours to talk about their parkour fun lol

and i've been doing for about three-four months.

Sounds fun, personally I doubt I could ever do parkour. Too clumsy
