  I fear most eyes, actually.  I don't like looking people in the eyes; it makes me really uncomfortable. 

  The phrase, according to Google Translate, roughly translates to "Dragon is eat my enemies", but it's really something more along the lines of "Dragon, consume my foes".  It's what Hanzo shouts when he uses his ultimate ability, which is to summon a spirit dragon which will kill all enemies in its path.
