Sometimes I get frustrated with things in general and start to feel a little sorry for myself. Then I think of Martin and remind myself of how much he lost and yet he fought on valiantly. I hope this count is correct: His father Luke, his mother Sayna, his grandmother Windred[sorry if I bungled the name], and his one love, Laterose. He also thoght T.B. was dead and lost him a few seasons after re-uniting with him. He lost his colony and homeland too. What a role model of courage.

He might have been, he's pretty unknown. Even his position as an ancestor of Martin is disputed.
