Like the entire scouring of the Shire, for example?

I was happy to see that part of the books left out. I found it depressing.

Kitsune

It was, but... IT WAS A WHOLE PART OF THE DARN BOOK THAT THEY LEFT OUT AND I DON'T LIKE IT. >:( *shakes fist at producers* Well.. I can't get too mad at them. The movies were pretty awesome. ;D (EXPET FOR THE MISSING PARTS.  >:( )

Dannflower Reguba

I'm really upset that they didn't do more with the part about the goblin who's head was used to invent golf.  ;D All it got was a REALLY short reference.

The Skarzs

Would have been hilariously morbid, though.

I believe it's possible to be fluent in... Whatever the heck that language was. Look, it's been... like, five years since I read those books, or something like that.
It is not. It's grammar syntax is variable.

P.S. Being in character does not make you a good writer. It just makes you obsessed.

Or Tom Bombadil!

Hey! Come merry dol! derry dol! My darling!
Light goes the weather-wind and the feathered starling.
Down along under Hill, shining in the sunlight,
Waiting on the doorstep for the cold starlight,
There my pretty lady is, River-woman's daughter,
Slender as the willow-wand, clearer than the water.
Old Tom Bombadil water-lilies bringing
Comes hopping home again. Can you hear him singing?
Hey! Come merry dol! derry dol! and merry-o!
Goldberry, Goldberry, merry yellow berry-o!
Poor old Willow-man, you tuck your roots away!
Tom's in a hurry now. Evening will follow day.
Tom's going home again water-lilies bringing.
Hey! Come derry dol! Can you hear me singing?

I feel obligated to go see it in "3-D." Absolutely loved the first one; And it's by Dreamworks, judging based off of Kung Fu Panda, they make sequels that are even better than their originals.

Yeah! I hope it will be 3D in IMAX.... wow.

Indeed, I think this one is going to be good.

I probably won't see it in 3D, as that tends to make me feel dizzy and such, but I'll definitely be seeing it in theatres (hopefully on the opening weekend).

No, being in character doesn't make you a good writer. But it does mean that you've created a world you can slip into, be a part of. And I think that helps.

Also, keep in mind that he was, like, fifteen, or something, as of Eragon.

Wylder Treejumper

Aye... when he started. By the time he finished, he was 18. By the time he finished the series, he was almost 30.

Kung Fu Panda Two was just....Weird. It's okay, but the first one's much, much better.
I'd LOVE to see it in theaters, but...Probably not. :-\ Ah well, I'll get it when it's cheap enough at Walmart or Ingles!

Wylder Treejumper

I don't know how I feel about the sequel. Usually, producers make half-hearted ones because they know that fans of the first will be obligated to see the second.
