Start building something beautiful and just put the hate away

Osu

Further proof Osu will cry at anything: nearly burst into tears recently while watching an (informative?) video on texting and driving in the classroom. >:(
Redwall is always open, its tables laden, to you and any of good heart.

That movie about the sick boy was called Letters to God. Has anyone heard of it???

Cause you are the piece of me I wish I didn't need
Chasing relentlessly and I don't know why
If our love's tragedy why are you my remedy?
If our love's insanity why are you my clarity?
Why are you my clarity?

I don't watch sad movies. I've seen films with sad moments that made me cry, so naturally there's "Up" and just about any other film Pixar has put out. Also cried at the Peter Jackson "Lord of the Rings" films and "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron" (the waterfall scene and its aftermath). If there's two movies I know of that are definitely sad, it's "Watership Down" (depressing but has victories along the way) and "The Plague Dogs" (you'll be blubbering in a bowl of cereal from how dark, hopeless, and graphic it is. I found it worth watching for Tod's lovely voice and accent though).

A popular favorite for sad movie (well, if not that then saddest moment) is "Steel Magnolias". I've never seen the whole film, just a little of the beginning and that famous scene near the end. You know the one. The one that deftly combines a heartwrenching performance with one of the funniest cheer-up comebacks.

Nightfire

Oh my goodness. NEVER watch 'The Stepmom.' My mother and I were crying so bad after that!!!
Another terribly sad one is 'The Notebook.'

Log-a-Log

The execution scene in Braveheart. It is unforgettable
I know you can fight William, but its our wits that make us men. - Malcolm Wallace, from Braveheart

Lutra

I remember years ago crying watching Charlotte from Charlotte's Web die as she sings to Wilbur.  She really was a godsend to that pig, and then she's gone....that's truly sad.

My parents watched it once. I really wanna see it!

Has anyone here seen Hachi? Oh my goodness, I was crying so hard at the end! It was a really cute movie, though. Dog movies usually make me cry.

Passion of the Christ was sad (as it should have been)
