Usually on the forum there's like 20 something people online in a given day, it says so at the bottom, however in April there was a day when over 60 people were online. Was that the day there was a mass registration, i.e. the forum was just created, or ?

No, the forum was created in December, and would've picked up probably the bulk of its registrations in the first couple of months, when the old forum was having trouble and then went down most recently.

I'm not worried so much about how many people log on, though, as much as how often they post. Topic and post creation has plummeted, and this is on track to be possibly our worst month ever.

I can't read minds and determine what people are interested in. So, if people don't like what's going on, they have to create something they do like at some point.

For the Cellars, I'm not sure what could get some posts. We're burning ourselves out on anything crazy, and running out of ideas. Anything else is forced, and we can tell, so it doesn't engage interest.

You should start a smaller RP, with less players and no structured story. That's what worked for Ashleg.

Maybe just a location, some players, and something to start events off and everyone could world build from there. I was thinking about trying it myself, but if your going to start one I'd join.

Yeah, that's kind of what Faiy was saying as well. It seems to be the best formula. Hmm. . . Now, do I regurtitate an idea from the original forum with some new flavors, or try to wring some new idea out of my head?
