But there's literally no way to block people from using emoticons.  I suppose I could introduce a ban on turds and punish people who use them, but that sounds kinda ridiculous and would make me look like some kind of control freak.

I just hope she stops using emoticons altogether.  Using 12 or more in one post, often repeating the same ones, is too much.

I'm kinda irked by the stupid ways of a bunch of Maze Runner fans on the wiki.  See, at the suggestion of the other (now former) admin, I asked Wikia to enable this thing called Discussions, so people could - you guessed it - discuss stuff.  But there's an iTunes app out there, and it seems like half the fans posting on Discussions are using the app and think it's literally an app, not a website that exists independently from the app.

That's not even the most annoying thing.  There's some girl who seems really dense and claimed she didn't understand what I meant when I told her some other user might not necessarily be using the app (okay, my explanation might have been mildly confusing, but if you had just thought about it for more than 0.8 seconds I'm sure it would've become gloriously clear).  Every time she posts, she accompanies it with all these stupid little emoticons and thumbs-up/thumbs-down and a little pile of poop.  THAT LAST ONE IS SO AGGRAVATING AND SHE DOES IT EVERY TIME FOR NO DISCERNIBLE REASON.

Remind me to never go into customer service, because I'd stab myself within a day. xD
