Hello there! I am afraid it is time to make another one of those threads that is entertaining for me, and some members, and (apparently) pure torture to certain members, namely Soren and Delthion. 

I'm Jasper, and I'm a bit older than some of you other fine forum people, and I have seen many relationships form and un - form. I have noticed most couples follow some defining characteristics, so I've decided to tell you which forum member I think you would be most likely to end up with.

In the replies, feel free to request for me to make a match for you, or to disagree with me, and tell my why I'm wrong - I welcome criticism, so hold nothing back! 

I will likely add a poll, where you will be able to vote for the matches you agree with. We'll see which match is the best. I am also open to matching one member with more than one other members, if I think things could work out well with said other members.

I will likely not answer requests too quickly, since I want to make them as accurate and well - explained as possible.

I do not expect real relationships to actually develop on the forum, I picuture this as what would happen if the forum members were all stranded together on an island in real life.

I will edit new matches into this original post.

Match 1
Delthion and Jukka the Sling:

This is a match made by the man upstairs  I've said it before, and I'll say it again. This is probably the most likely match I have seen in an online community.
Jukka is a very optimistic young person (one of the most optimistic in the forum), willing to stand up for her beliefs religiously and socially. Something I'm rather impressed with for someone of her age. For the things she likes, she throws her whole heart into - like the Lord of the Rings fan thing I've noticed recently. Overall she is a very enthusiastic, humorous and considerate person. Someone you can probably trust. She is legitimate in what she says, and very insightful in understanding people.

I've noticed these kinds of people often match up with enthusiastic very open book people. Delthion will express and defend what he believes in, and is also generally optimistic. You will notice he has made hundreds of posts in a very short time, and is willing to speak his mind in a carefree and positive way. His overemphasized horror at the idea of marrying Jukka in endless story tells me is the very person that would be most likely to do so. He is also willing to stand up for himself. He has called me out several times in Overlord's Orders, and been right half the time, and I am almost 18. I can't deny being a little bothered by this, but I was impressed that he was willing to do it, and it made me smile. Delthion is a leader, and I can see him being a politician or CEO.

Both of these members are some of the most positive on the forum, and if we were trapped on an island in real life with all the forum members, I believe these two would be together almost immediately.

Match 2
Mask and Leatho

Leatho brings a lot to the table. He is not as eager to post as some members, but when he posts, it generally counts. He is willing to dedicate large amounts of his time to providing works for other to enjoy, and ultimately seems to be a very unselfish person. He has a lot of talent, and uses it to the best of his ability, and I find it admirable indeed, again, for someone of his age. When he posts something, you can tell he means it. (He's not just saying that, he believes it too!)

Mask's posts are fun to read, and often classic in that everyone can relate to them in some way- We all know about girls flirting when they steal a guy's hat. (and no, I did not stalk through all the threads, I have a decent memory, and that post stuck with me really well for some reason.  )  She is lighthearted, and happily will admit to crushing on a character, even if they aren't even real and are, in fact, animated. (She will happily admit to crushing on anyone, in fact  ) She is tight with her friends, and I believe she would tell them just about everything about herself - she has shared quite a bit with us just on the forum.

I find these types of personalities - quiet, talented and hard working, and funny smart and outgoing, often go together, and form some of the tightest of relationships.

Match 3
Cornflower and Skarz

Cornflower is headstrong, and will tell you exactly what she thinks without a second thought. However, I believe she truly cares about people, and has much more serious side to her. She is willing to confide her weakest, most emotional points in others and trusts them fully. She eagerly posts and talks with anyone and everyone, and is one of the most outgoing people on the forum - demonstrated in her racking up of so many posts in less time than anyone else (I think, not sure on that one) She would never betray a secret on purpose, and is likable from the start. Her statements are short and to the point, but get exactly what she means across better than I could in a long paragraph like this one.

Skarz is one of the most creative people I have ever met. He was well - chosen for the Season Namer, and seems to care about all the forum members. On things he is interested in, he doesn't scrape the surface, he understand everything that is going on perfectly. In the Barkhills RP, he understand every viewpoint and detail about his incredible personally created world. He conveys emotions of his characters extremely well, and if you ever get the chance to read what he had Garan say in one of his recent posts in the rp, I recommend you do, because it conveys the very spirit of Skarz himself. He is often short worded, but he means what he says, not unlike Leatho, and I think he likely one of the single most trustworthy people on the forum. To round that out, he is humorous and entertaining.

I find that these different types go together because they are so much alike. People like Cornflower are willing to share things like her twin's tragedy with caring people like Skarz, and they form a very strong relationship that nothing could break but themselves.

Match 4
Rachel25 and Ungatt Trunn!

Yes! I've been looking forward to posting this one, then Ungatt decided to come back, so he gets to be tortured with this as well! What fun! Lets get down to business shall we?
Rachel25: Tisk tisk! Thinking I don't know you very well. Well, maybe I don't, but in my opinion I do. You can tell me if I'm right or just dead wrong later!

Well Rachel is a much deeper person than almost anyone on the forum. She will post simple things, or stay quiet and watch her friends with a smile, but she has some of the deepest emotions I have ever seen. To put it in this way: If she saw a lone girl in the corner of the bus crying, Rachel would probably feel a deep pain in her heart to see someone down like that. It would really affect her. She is very, very, very considerate for others, and not nearly as considerate for herself. When she is around her friends, she will prop them up and make them feel good, while at the same time not always voicing problems she herself may be having. She can be very happy and energetic, or she can be very sad or very emotional. However she feels, she will hide it and take the pain in silence from most people. She also doesn't want to be alone. She has a great heart, but doesn't want to throw her emotions forward. What she wants more than anything is to be able to truly love someone deep within her heart, and to be loved back by that person in an equally pure way. She wants things to work out in a perfect way for everyone, but may not worry about herself as much. That's why she labels herself as "a bit of a loner." She will attach deeply and emotionally to people, and if it doesn't work out, she won't easily do it to someone else. I picture a breakable angel, putting others first, and always being cautious.
My words for Rachel are: Selfless,Pure, and Reserved
PS: I'm either really right, or really wrong, this is just what I have decided based on your posts. Sorry if I'm really wrong on this one! I tried my best.

Ungatt Trunn, who will be referred to from now on as "Ungatt," is a creative, happy and upbeat person. He makes his friends (and us) laugh, and writes short posts that everyone understands. He can describe the most complex things in a word or two, and is very honest about what he thinks or feels, while at the same time rarely ever making anyone feel bad about anything. He is very dedicated and true to the ones he loves, and will stick with a crush for a long time. He always believes it will work out deep down, even when he is telling himself that it won't. When he falls in love, he has what I think of as the purest kind of love. While some people become obsessive, creepy or otherwise flawed, Ungatt has a simple characteristic devotion. He is their knight in shining armor, willing to do anything, but not telling them that word for word. Just being around the person he likes will send flares of joy, excitement and devotion rebounding in his heart. All they have to do is tell him what to do, and he will do it. There's a song called "Just to see you smile" by Tim McGraw - and that's Ungatt Trunn. These are the passages from the song that fit Trunn very well, in my opinion:
"Just to see you smile, I'd do anything that you wanted me to."
"When you told me time was all you really needed, I walked away and let you have your space. Cause leavin didn't hurt me near as badly, as the tears I saw rollin down your face. And yesterday I knew just what you wanted, when you came walking up to me with him. So I told you that I was happy for you, and given the chance, I'd lie again."
All in all a genuine, thoughtful guy, that's mixed with positive emotions and a great sense of humor.

Together these two are the strongest pair of all the ones I've made so far. This is the one I will be voting for. They would connect deeply, and Ungatt would always be there for Rachel when she needed him. She would find security in him, and he would do anything to make her happy. I REALLY can see this one working out in real life, and it would be the tightest couple around for miles.

Match 5
James Gryphon and Lily

Yes, it's time for a moderator pair, I feel I've been slightly neglecting them making 4 member matches in a row 

James Gryphon is one of the funniest people I've ever met. He claims that he's not like that in real life, but I think he is, and doesn't realize it. He will write a post as long as lord of the rings and you will read it. The reason is because he is an incredibly talented writer, and nearly always on point, and nearly always hysterical in what he writes. There are so many jokes that make the whole forum chuckle, and then when you read his posts again, you realize there were inside jokes you didn't even recognize the first time that are even funnier than the ones you laughed at. Among the ranks of most creative people here, he can come up with anything, and his performance in OO is solid backup for this statement. You would be hard pressed to make him see a downside without some sort of upside to undo it, and he is also very tolerant of anything from children to religion to politics - (good luck getting him really upset!) Why? Well he deals with all of us, and me, for starters, but he is also the unquestionable voice of reason and logic. He's a great guy, and without a doubt if he ever left again, the forum would be in ruins. 

Lily is always happy, playful and creative. Like an otter, really. I've barely talked to her, but we've exchanged one or two messages, and even when she says simple things, you can tell she smiling on the other end. She's always excited, even if the subject is boring, and uses exclamation points to a great efficiency. If she can't make you feel welcome, happy and joyful, I don't know who can. Her low amount of activity is a real loss for us all, but as an adult she has a lot of things to do, I'm sure. With the possible exception of Redwall Musician and Daniel, I rank her as the single happiest person on the forum, even when she doesn't have any reason to be happy. She is helpful and encouraging, and if you're ever down, she's the one I'd go to if I were you. 

Why do these match? (No, it's not because they are both moderators.) Well for starters, they are both adults, and they are both great voices of reason. James Gryphon knows how to run things, and Lily knows how to make the people being run happy. I picture them as president and first lady. Gryphon keeps us all in line, on topic and makes us all better citizens, and Lily makes us happy with our existence here on the forum. Or she plays a major role in it - if she were the only thing making us happy, things would be dark indeed.  You know it is bound to work out, because in Harry Potter his parents were James and Lily. Can't argue with that, am I right?

Lady Amber and Soren The Warrior

I don't have as much to work on for this one as I'd like to have, since they don't always post too much of themselves, but I'll give it a whirl.
Soren: Soren will speak his mind simply and often. He has no fear of short to the point posts, and wallows in horror at the idea of romance of any kind. How he writes is almost exactly how he is. When he is excited everything becomes capitalized, almost as though he was jumping up and down in his chair, throwing things, or bouncing off the wall between each letter. I don't think all of his posts are necessarily true though. Soren is one of those people that will sometimes say the exact opposite of what he wants. Mainly in the topic Secret Forum Crush - PLEASE DON"T VOTE FOR ME, WHY WOULD YOU VOTE FOR ME? I AM IN SUCH PAIN BECAUSE YOU VOTED FOR ME! WHO ARE YOU SECRET CRUSH PERSON!? My theory is that he really wants people to vote for him, and it makes him happy and excited when people do, which makes everything caps. He is a bit disappointed when it's a prank, so things go back to not caps after. He expresses his unhappiness in his "relief" at it having been a prank. This isn't a bad thing, I think it's quite entertaining, and I think it's the reason he has gotten voted for so many times. I also think he has a more serious side to him, full of dedication and happiness. I have yet to see Soren legitimately upset about something.

Lady Amber: Another member with short to the point posts. She is funny, and expresses her emotions, thoughts, or beliefs in a straightforward, but relatively quiet manner. Her posts are entertaining, and show a lot of simple positive emotions. She isn't the kind of person to tell lies, or care too much what people think about her. For Amber it's always a party, complete with confetti, weddings or anything else fun.
Wow I did not do the best job on Amber, mostly because I don't know her at all, but she was a good match for Soren. Sorry about that.

I picture the two like this: Soren is always laughing and saying ridiculous things, and feigning outrage, incredible happiness, and joking about everything, while Amber laughs and plays along happily. Since they always write short straightforward things, I also picture them as the couple that sends thousands of messages back in forth. A carefree, happy couple. They are both a bit young, so it wouldn't be too serious, just fun for themselves and everyone else.

Match 7
Skarz and Faiyloe

Yes, you all managed to get there first on this one. I wasn't going to put it up there at all, but I did promise Faiy, to be fair. 

I've already covered Skarz, but I suppose I can expand a little. As many of you have likely noticed, Skarz is a favorite around these parts. His simple, funny and Cave-Trollish messages have an uncanny attraction to them - and it has scored him favoritism in the eyes of quite a few of the ladies of the forum, who are already outnumbered by the gentleman. With the gals having so many options to choose from, there is something telling in the fact that so many seem to unwaveringly converge on dear old Skarz. (Goodness, I've barely talked to him and I'm already calling him that! See what I mean?  ) His creativity, skill and overall heart warming nature make him the perfect match for an equally popular forum favorite.

Skarz may be among the top guys on the forum, but Faiyloe gives him a serious run for his money. She is a master of hyperbole - the use of excessive exaggeration, but she does it in a much different way than the rest of our friends around here. While certain members express exaggerated emotions through loads of exclamation marks, huge fonts, crazy colors, and capital letters, Faiyloe does it in normal text, and still creates a greater effect. I have no idea how that works, but it does. You can always catch a lighthearted smiling Faiy behind the lines of horrific maiming and death threats, like shoving a 35 page topic up one's nose, or destroying all of one's bones. Looking through Faiy's posts, I would find it difficult to believe that she wasn't smiling when she was writing a single one of them. Faiy is always looking to have a good time, and looking to give everyone else a good time. The current example, which is likely one of many, is the marriage between her and Skarz, and their future attendance of the forum prom. She is willing to have everyone tease her, and plays along happily, because everyone enjoys it, and she is able to have fun with it herself. Not too many people could enjoy such restless nagging, clever remarks and declarations of how "cute" they would be together. She's one of those fun people that's always willing to play along with anyone, regardless of popularity or age. She, like Skarz, has a a very creative way of looking at things. While playing along with the "wedding" between Skarz and herself, her solution to taking the ring off of her finger wasn't merely pulling it off: it was barbarically chopping it off.    She always has a hint of happy sarcasm, evident in posts like: "Yup, you should be scared," "What, are you jealous?", and "now look who is getting uncomfortable." It's not over the top, and it's not too subtle to recognize: it's the perfect mix of genuine emotion and sarcastic conveying of that emotion.
Faiy is also one of the more reasonable members around here. Nothing really freaks her out, and to put it in "Hippy terms," she just 'chills,' and plays along. She doesn't usually get freaked out by her problems, she just accepts them, deals with them, and moves on in a very mature way. The best example of this is her Dyslexia. She just kind of puts it out there that she has it, and moves on to have some fun with everyone. If there is one single person that makes this forum community all it can be, I would name Faiyloe.

Now, why does this match work? Honestly, there's no need for me to even give a reason for this, as we can all see it working already, but I guess I can take my best shot as to why it is working so well. They are both very optimistic and popular people. Generally, even as early as middle and high school, the popular members of the class are attracted to one another - and I'm not talking about the kind of popular people that talk bad about others to make themselves look better and have looks that are practically 'plastic.' I'm talking about the kind of people that are popular because they make everyone feel good, and don't overlook even the most insignificant of people.

Perhaps it's better to put it this way: picture one of those movies where a girl and guy have a bunch of options. They can each chose an outwardly perfect girl or guy, who is rotten on the inside.However,  in the end they always decide to turn down that popular mean girl that no one turns down, or that popular jock that no one turns down, and instead turn to the pure uplifting relationship with each other. Now obviously this forum is a very select kind of community, and there aren't any rotten members, so it's not exactly like that, but if Faiy and Skarz were to go to public schooling together, I think this movie example would be the perfect representation of what we've seen here already.

Bluerose and Jett

I believe this one has been thrown around here and there, and I know they don't feel to enthusiastic about the idea, but maybe I can change their minds.

Jett is just as firm in his beliefs as Jukka. He feels very strongly, and fully embraces what he believes in fearlessly and openly. He will admit to liking another guy, which is not as simple as you think. You see, here on the forum, we don't all know each other in real life, we're all very accepting, and willing to put our differences aside. And if something seriously wrong ever did come up, this is just an online community, and we don't know one another for real, so why any hard feelings? In real life, like it or not, you will probably be stuck around the community for years. Many of the people you get to know as you grow up will never actually disappear. Anything you say or do could potentially stick with you to the end of your life. So admitting something like that means you're willing to take on a harsh world, one that could reject your opinions and feelings. People out there aren't always accepting, some of them are judgmental, overzealous or just plain mean. Jett saying something like that could affect his life forever, even if that shouldn't be the way it happens, and it takes some real guts to do something like that. It could make or break tight friendships, and frankly, it's something I don't think I would ever be able to do. Since I'm more into the ladies, I've never been faced with such a challenge, but I think it's safe to say Jett handles himself very well, and is willing to stand up for himself. In addition to that, Jett has very strong interests, and is well versed in all of them. I'm not familiar with anime or whatever all of that stuff is (I've never seen Doctor Who, Homestuck, any kind of anime .... or basically anything that interests Jett) but even as an outsider to all that, I can recognize a true fan and smart dedicated member. He knows his stuff, about all his interests. If I wanted to know anything about any of the shows he watches, I would be going to Jett to find out. Smart, strong in his beliefs and accepting in others' I think Jett is a great guy, from whom much can be learned.

Blue said once that Jett was more like her brother than anything else. I think this goes to show that she's accepting and shares a lot of the same interests as Jett. Again, I don't know anything about the series/shows you guys are into, but in the posts from Jett that look to me like nonsense, blue is often the one who understands what he's getting at. She too seems to be well versed in these things, and would likely be the second person, (with tight competition from Rainshadow) that I would go to if I ever wanted to know anything about them. She is very creative, and has strong views. My personal favorite is the forum prom idea. It takes a lot of initiative to think up something like that, and the idea of actually having to ask your secret forum crush openly to attend got a lot of members to quit hiding their feelings. All in all I think her idea may alter the forum fairly significantly. I think she's equally firm in her beliefs. She's also very intelligent. Rus is a very technical guy, who says a lot of very bamboozling things. Just as Blue understands what Jett is getting at, she is also the one that understands Rus. By all of this, I am saying that Blue is accepting, understanding, intelligent and firm. Well rounded and strong all around, she could be a great match for Jett.

Both of these members are unique. If you were given a list of unmarked posts from all the members on the forum, you could probably pick out these two's. (Along with Rusvul's and Head In another Galaxy's) They stand out in a positive way, and that doesn't faze them a bit. I don't think they could easily be swayed from what they believe, although they would be considerate of what others believe. Together I believe they would be even stronger than that.

Match 9
Daniel and Musician

Many of you may not know or remember these moderators. I've never messaged or talked to either of them. I have, however, read through some of their interactions, and found them to be quite strong. But, you say, they aren't even around anymore! Well, I think the two matches I've already posted are pretty strong ones, especially Faiyloe and Skarz, as it is already in place, and will soak up all the votes, making it difficult to put in a 3rd match that can compete fairly. (I want each person to be happy with their match, and I don't want anyone to feel bad from not getting votes.) Thus I am going to save a few of the active member matches for the next round, and throw this one in instead.

Daniel of Redwall: His fame goes beyond his last post, and even newer members like myself have heard of him. He is known for putting others first, being considerate and kind and "making this forum all it can be." I think Daniel set the tone and standard for a lot of members, and his influence shaped a better society here at Redwall. One you don't see in most online communities. He was a skilled writer, he wrote meaningful and well thought out responses and he was very laid back. Life always comes first, but the staff will miss this prominent member. A favorite among members and mods alike, Daniel seemed like one of those members you couldn't dream of losing - not unlike Rainshadow and Danflorreguba. This sincere and well written mouse changed the abbey forever.

Redwall Musician: Like Daniel, she was a regular ray of sunshine. I never got the pleasure of talking with her, but in reading her posts I could see excitement over the smallest of things and a fantastic attitude that, as James Gryphon aptly describes: makes life worth living (see consult the bird-lion.) Unsurprisingly, she quickly joined the ranks of the staff and spread her positive influence throughout the forum. She was a strong writer and a clever one. Her messages in Overlords Orders displayed a lot of her, because a lot of times she wasn't really trying to destroy her opponents, but instead she was trying to give simple, funny, and non-finger-pointing explanations. (Not to say these are bad things. On the contrary, they are a major part of the game.) But it showed she didn't like to point fingers, and liked to support all the members of a group equally.

Two great members that will always be remembered, even by those who didn't know them. I picture them as the Sunshine and the Summer, and Daniel and Musician fit together just as perfectly as these.

PRAISE THE COLD PEACE.
Among them was a stolid brown-haired man with a bland sort of face, the kind of face where you could never really remember the features later. He winked at Zara.
"My father," she said proudly. "Registering all Downworlders was his idea."
"What interesting signs," said Mark.
"How wonderful to see people expressing their political views," said Zara. "Of course the Cold Peace has truly created a generation of revolutionaries."
"It is unusual," said Cristina, "for a revolution to call for fewer rights for its people, not more."
For a moment Zara's mask slipped, and Cristina saw through the artifice of politeness, the breathy little-girl voice and demeanor. There was something cold behind it all, something without warmth or empathy or affection. "People," she said. "What people?""

Idea for an RP. Thoughts?

It has been many, many seasons since Redwall became nothing more than a legend. A story goodbeasts tell their children to help them sleep at night. After all this time, many beasts are dreaming of a mouse in shining armor with a magnificent sword. This mouse has many messages for these beasts, but the foremost? Seek Redwall Abbey. Danger is coming, and only Redwall's sandstone walls can stand against it.
