Well, there were a few reasons why, most of them i won't name here for various reasons  But, it was up in the shallow water on a nest and so that is one of the reasons.

Anyway, my foot is a size 16 Mens US size, and my foot in the pic is the one right next to the fish barefoot. 16 size foot is abotu 12 inches to put it in comparison.

Oh, and yes, we gutted it and found eggs but I didn't want to get too graphic on the forum. The other reason it was female.

I simplified it to be as not-graphic as possible. (Though I could have said "cleaned" instead of "gut". Meh.)
