It's censorship, that's what it is.  They don't like PragerU putting out educational, timely videos, so they're trying to stop it.  Honestly, that's what seems most likely at this point.

YouTube thinks that the other videos are advertiser friendly. YouTube's answer was probably made up. Many other large YouTube channels are getting their videos removed because of YouTube's bad stuff.

I agree with you about the censorship, but there is money involved in the issue. I can clearly see it when I looked at the 21 removed videos.
