Delthion hasn't been on. I do hope he comes back, he's a part of the forum as much as anyone and he has been missed. However, I'm not sorry for what I said. I'm still concerned about him, and I still don't think it was right for him to do.

My opinion is similar to this.
The fastest way to a man's heart- Or anyone's, in fact- Is to tear a hole through their chest.

Indeed. You are as ancient as the soot that choked Pompeii into oblivion, though not quite as uncaring. - Rusvul

What do American kids get taught in History class?

Lies. A lot of Lies.
Definitely convoluted and contorted half-truths influenced by a lot of bias and having a main focus on the unimportant things. Unless you're homeschooled.

Are you talking about specific things on American history, or just our history classes in general?

I remember learning about American history, ancient history, medieval European history, medieval Eastern history, Civil War, WW2, history of aircraft, and Texas history all on different school years. Granted I was homeschooled, and History was one of my favorite subjects so...

Maybe Del's absence has nothing to do with the mole incident.  Maybe he's going on a road trip or is otherwise occupied.

James Gryphon

Possibly. However, that doesn't account for the lack of any kind of notice on the forum about his departure or expected date of return.

Reading back Ya'll were pretty nasty to him. I'm just guessing, but I'd say its to coincidentally timed, and ya'll probably had something to do with him disappearing.

He'll be back though, I doubt Delthion can be kept down for long.

He has unexpectedly disappeared before, but you guys are right, this one was planned.  But he only told, what, two people?  Weird.

*shrugs* I found it gross, but I don't care much what happens to the carcass of a rodent. It wasn't worth his being likened to a sociopath. There are many worse things done to living animals and humans that I'd prefer to get upset over. We choose our battles.

I remember my dad once finding a dead mole while mowing, so he picked it up by a gloved hand and tried to throw it over the fence and into the woods, but my dog decided it was a game of fetch. I was ten or eleven then and found it hilarious. We didn't want a mess, though, so the mole became insect food in the woods. I don't know about other states, but there are so many moles around here that break water lines and destabilize the concrete underneath houses that just about everyone has mole traps in their yard. The traps circle around a mole tunnel, and when a mole passes through the tunnels and triggers it, they get speared right through. It's a routine thing to be told to go check the mole traps.

*Shrug* I find smashing up a dead body with a lawnmower and calling it fun rather concerning.

@Peony I've finished my Owl City Playlist.

Matchbox 20 next methinks. Then maybe Coldplay? We shall see.
