  Ari laughed and turned back to the beast outside the walls.  "Would you like to come in, sir?  And might I ask what species you are?  Are you one of the wolf kind?"

Rausse couldn't help but chuckle at the peaceable beasts conversation, "I must say, your knowledge of Canis Lupis is a welcome change from the puzzled and quizzical looks I get when I tell others that."

OOC: He's just slightly larger than your average fox, so he's not that big.

  OOC:  Oh, lol, okay.

  BIC:  Ari ran down from the battlements and opened up the gate.

Sweiffe made his way slowly to the gate designated him to enter... These were thick walls, the blocks were cut far too large for them to be thin walls. Solidly founded to boot, The beasts responsible for this work of art were true craftsman.

Winstral saw the new beast come to the door. Shaking herself off she went in the genral direction, she was always curious.

  OOC:  Um, Dan?  You changed the name of your character.  Is his name Rausse or Sweiffe?

OOC: Rausse Sweiffe.  I don't like using one name OVER AND OVER AN.... You get the picture.

  OOC:  Oh, okay.  Lol, facepalm!

  BIC:  Ari smiled at the wolf and said, "Welcome to Redwall, friend.  Would you care for some tea by the pond?"  He looked toward the pond, where Dibbuns were splashing and playing.  "Maybe not the pond.  We could have tea in the orchard."

The wolf smiled at the dibbuns antics, "Either or. It makes no difference to me. Especially since I'm under YOUR roof."

  Ari called over a Dibbun.  "Please go get some tea and cakes for my friends and I."  The Dibbun nodded and walked off.
  Adam watched the Dibbun walk off.  "I'm amazed that the Dibbuns listen to you.  I've never been able to get a young one to listen to me before!"
  Ari shrugged and said, "You just have to gain the child's respect."

Rausse gave Ari a sideways look, "Respect? Or fear my friend? There is a mighty difference when it comes to these two." The wolf was mischievous, this the Redwallers would find out soon, and easily.

  Ari laughed at that statement.  "I hope that I do not strike fear into the hearts of Dibbuns, but I fear that I may.  I am a very scary squirrel when I need to be."
  The young Dibbun came back with the tea and cakes.  He had also brought scones, hoping that he could be rewarded for his small addition.  Ari thanked him and gave him a scone, seeing the look in the child's eyes.  The Dibbun grinned and ran off.

Winstral had seen the Dibbun bring food. She was a hungry otter and came over to the group with a spring in her step and mischief in her eye.
Winking she smiled and said,"Well hello there! You won't be eating all of that will you?"
