It depends on what ingredients you have collected, and the red star recipes. But you can make any non star recipe if you have all the ingredients necessary.

  Go to the very bottom and find the "Signature generator."  Enter your scroll name (for example, mine's MoonfishParachutist) and then choose what type of scroll you want it to look like.  That's if you want it as your signature.  It's easier than posting your eggs everywhere.

For every red-star recipe you make (only once per recipe), you get entered in a drawing for a prize dragon.

This is a Brimstone Dragon. That's what it looks like:
