So if you succesfully get a neglected, you have some chances of getting an ungendered one, right?

I'm not sure.  I know that there was a glitch long before I joined where any dragons bred with Hollies would produce an ungendered Neglected, but I don't know if that's the only way you can get ungendered ones.

BSA stands for Breed-Specific Action.  Certain breeds have a special ability they can do; for example, Pink dragons will let you influence an egg to be male or female, and Magi dragons allow you to trade/send an egg to another user.  I describe all the actions on page 4 of this thread.
