I tried to breed my Coppers; no eggs this week.  I've got one whose cooldown ends in two days though so I'll try again soon.
Pumpkins cannot be bred until the week before Halloween.  They're an event dragon - there's Christmas, Halloween, and Valentine dragons every year - and therefore can only breed once per year, the week before the holiday itself.   I'll probably do the same as what I did last year: shortly before the event, I'll take a look at my dragons and predict how many I'm going to be able to breed, and then let everyone make one request in the case that my breedings succeed.

A Guardian of Nature.  You have to have a Magma, Ice, and Thunder dragon, and then use their ability Summon.  It's got only a very small percentage of a chance to work, you have to wait a couple weeks before trying again, and you can only get two of that breed altogether (so make sure it lives if you get one!)   It took me a good 3 years to get both of mine.
