Nacalum saw Lusiphi head towards the surface, but she was too late to stop, she went under the coral bed. She saw the two holes and wondered where to leave. She decided on the one she came in. She came out, a fair way behind Lusiphi.

Lusiphi decided he had enough of a lead to bait Naculum some more when she surfaced, he slowly backed away from the otter as she approached, waiting for her to take a breather.

Nacalum broke the surface a while later, gasping. She had held her breath for as long as possible to search for Lusiphi, not knowing he was above her. She spluttered as a wave broke over her head.

Qwirl was wandering around Mossflower. Lazily she threw her dagger catching it as it went back down. She was headed near the field were Blood Daisy's vermin had killed the poor old mouse. Walking into the field she saw the mouse.

Checking its pulse to confirm the tragedy she asked herself,"What creature would do a thing like this?"

Being a nice creature Qwirl made a small grave for the mouse and a makrker reading:

Here lies an old mouse killed by vermin.

Sighing she walked past the field following the easy to see tracks of a vermin group. She needed to warn other beasts in danger.

  OOC:  Are Qwirl and the vermin close to the otters?  Like within keen hearing distance?  Because I'm not sure what to do.

Lusiphi gave Naculum a look of concern and shouted, "You alright mate!" This was not a time for banter, the sea is a dead serious thing to deal with, and the wave had been large.

Raroe was wondering Mossflower... doing whatever.

OOC: Just wanted to get him moving, but didn't know what to do. Redwallgurl, do you mind NOT following the vermin yet? I'm trying to keep the Mossflower based characters here for now.

  Snow had been gathering herbs for a while and she was bored.  She set down her sack of plants and started playing in the shallows.  Only then did she realize how much she looked like a Dibbun.  She quickly got out of the water and picked up her sack again.
 Hearing Lusiphi shouting made Snowstorm turn her head.  "What happened out there?"  She shouted over the crashing waves.  "Lusiphi!  Is Nacalum alright?"

OOC: yeah I'll try to recruit some help or like wander around(I'm not good at tracking)

Nacalum's splutter had been in vain; she was thrown underwater again. Bubbles swirled up from her nose and mouth. A fish darted past her.

Lusiphi witnessed Naculums' plight at the same time he heard Snow, "She just went under! Be ready for a stiff bundle!" With that, the sea otter launched himself after his fellow otter.

As the Waverobber sailed closer Blaefur could make out the pine marten standing in the waves.
"'Ey, Cap'n, should we run into 'er?"
Blaefur shook his head, "Nay. We'll see what she wants 'fore we have some fun."

Foruina had a nasty tendency to pop in on beasts at unusual moments... This was no exception, "Might I suggest ASKING them to join ou.. your band, if they do not respond, kill their leader, and press the rest."

  Snowstorm dropped her sack and dove into the waves, trying to make her way towards Nacalum and Lisuphi.  She made it do where she guessed Lisuphi had been, but he wasn't there anymore!  "Lisuphi!  Lisuphi!  Where are you?"

Lusiphi was far underwater, chasing down Naculums' limp form (I'm not being to forward about this am I WONWILL?) she was dropping fast, but thankfully swimming down was faster. He caught up to her near the bottom, but wasn't ready for her weight, he finally was able to grasp her around the waist when they touched bottom, almost accidentally grabbing a scallop shell in the process, and sprung upwards heading for the surface as fast as he could with the increased load size.

Blood Daisy's mouth turned up in a tight grin. So far, everything was going her way. She turned to her small band of vermin and spoke in a no-nonsense manner. "Nobeast must insult the crew in the ship coming. You must stand straight and talk like a knowledge beast. Act smart, alright? This is what I've wanted, and if any of you mess this up..." Daisy turned on her heel and walked back to the surf.
Everybeast kept silent, and stood straight and stiff. They didn't want to face the consequences of disobeying Blood Daisy.
