Can I talk & understand Mole Speak?

Have you ever seen the movie Hot Fuzz & actually heard what that legitimately sounds like?

(There was a whole scene where they had to go talk to a farmer who cut down his neighbor's hedge. However, the only officer who coulld understand the guy spoke almost as bad, so they had to use a cop to translate another cop to translate the farmer for the whole conversation. Just to solidify the hilarity of the image- the farmer was Filch from the Harry Potter films.)
