On a different note I did the Murphy workout today, complete with both mile runs. I did not however wear the Kevlar vest, I'm still working towards that.

I have protein bars for breakfast every day and earlier I mowed the lawn with a push mower in 86° weather while wearing all black.

I've done the same in 90°+ weather before. Lawn needs tending and I don't own any other color. As always, I was fine.

Tomorrow I'll go on a 2 hour walk in the same conditions, then I'll come home and work out.
