I can't choose just one or ten, so here's a massive list of some of my favorite characters from every book (that I can remember). Ordered more or less in order of appearance in the story, with some exceptions.

Redwall: Matthias, Cluny the Scourge, Basil Stag Hare
Mossflower: Martin, Gonff, Boar the Fighter
Mattimeo: Tess, Matthias, General Ironbeak
Mariel of Redwall: Gabool the Wild, Graypatch, Mariel
Salamandastron: Ferahgo the Assassin, Urthstripe, Klitch
Outcast of Redwall: Sunflash the Mace, Swartt Sixclaw, Skarlath
Pearls of Lutra: Lask Frildur, Viola Bankvole, Romsca
The Long Patrol: Every one of the good characters are amazing in this book; it would take too much space to list them all here.
Marlfox: Rusvul Reguba, Dippler, Burble
Legend of Luke: Martin, Gonff, Luke
Taggerung: Sawney Rath, Nimbalo
Triss: Kroova, Plugg Firetail
Rakkety Tam: Rakkety Tam, Doogy Plumm, Yoofus Lightpaw
High Rhulain: Leatho Shellhound

I really liked Grubbage from Triss.

As I said before, my favourite character changes depending on what book I last read. I'm currently reading Mariel, so Mariel is now on my list of favourite characters. I remember playing with my brother when we were little, I'd force him to be Gabool and I'd be Mariel.

James, I really like that list. I think if I made one it would look quite similar.

But mine would probably be Grath Longfletch or Ranguvar Foeseeker. Both epic warrior characters.

I have more than one, I can't choose! I like Auma, Winifred, Rasconza, and Thrugg the most though

Really hard to say.  Still, I think it would have to be either Bragoon or Blaggut.

Favorite Hero: Skipper Warthorn from the book Mossflower and Legend of Luke
Reasons hes an Otter, big, tough, dependable, alot like me
Favorite Oddball: has to be either Stormfin, Argulor, or Kite
there just awesome! "the eagles screech of delight clashed jarringly the stoats squeal of dismay!"
Favorite Villin: Either Ungatt Trunn or Sawney Rath
Both cool and calculating, ruthless and goal oriented

If its a squirrel they are my favorite charecter in that particular book almost hands down. Some of the better ones: Danflor/Danflower Reguba (I almost died laughing at that name the first time I heard it), Ranguvar Foeseeker, Samkim, Lady Amber/A.K.A. the squirrel queen, and Rufe Brush.
