So you're Keeralie! I'm El-ahrairah.  ;)

Watership down is a classic. :) The film is great, too! Somewhat traumatizing, but great!

i read this book when i was 18; i got it out of the university library and over a week or so ploughed my way through it. i don't think i've ever been touched more by the last few pages of a book. what a fabulous book!
it was the strangest thing today
i studied footprints in abandoned pathways
'neath forgotten undergrowth something stirring again
you were a single red blood cell and I lost you in this knot of capillaries
but you were bringing me oxygen when I needed it most in the smoke

Never trust a smiling pirate.  :D

I can do that because I'm awesome.

I knew your Redwall name was familiar... HI AGAIN! I need to quit eating sugar...and with that utterly off topic thought I shall go eat sugar anyways.  ;)

And...Lutra is Hawkbit from Fiver's Honeycomb?

Guilty as charged. ;)  Yes, I am Hawkbit.

Campion in the series is a bit of a mixed bag....he's honorable in the first and second seasons.  He turns a bit sappy come the third season after he begins wooing Blackberry.

I have found you! Now you shall not be safe! I'm kidding... ;)

Yah think? You know, a lot of them got sappy in the third season now that I think about it... But he got CRAZY! He's still awesome though.  ;) I liked him better in the first two seasons though.

Unimaginative

I read Watership down for the first time when I was twelve. It instantly became one of my favorite books of all time.  :-*

I used to like the cartoon series a lot when it first came out. It was a bit silly in places! They didn't even show the third series over here. :s

are there more or sequels to watership down?
I want the world of Tolkien,
The message of Lewis;
The adventure of Jacques,
And the heart of Milne.
But I want the originality of me.

Redwaller

There's Tales from Watership Down. Nut apart from that it's everything.

I read Tales From Watership Down a few years back and didn't find it a very worthy sequel. Was mostly just short stories that weren't in enough depth.

ooh, i love that book.
i like Blackberry and Hazel the best
I hate it when a package says 'easy open' and you need a scissors, a knife, a crowbar, a gun, and a light-saber to open it.

Starla1431

I've read some of it. But I had to take it back it to the library; so I didn't read all of it.
