Modern Redwall

  Twilight, being a Barn Owl, could hear exceedingly well.  This was a great advantage whenever he got into a fight or was just walking along.  Everyone knew that cities were very dangerous.
  Right now, Twilight's hearing was used very well.  He heard a smacking sound, looked down and saw a rat that had just run into his condominium.  He stifled a chuckle and called out to the rat.  "Are you blind, or were you just not paying attention?"

[Romsca]

Dirttail looked up at the condo. "It's none o' yo' business, owl." He pulled out his gun and aimed at Twilight.

[Rainshadow]

  Twilight laughed, clearly not frightened.  "I know you wouldn't shoot, because I'm sure you don't want to get caught.  Gunfire would alert the police, and they'd hunt you down.  Plus," he added, spreading his wings out to their full length, "I could just fly off right now.  In fact, I might just do that.  I think I'll go on down to the police station and report you."
  Cocking his head to one side, Twilight looked at the rat.  "What did you say your name was again?  I think the police would find it rather helpful to know the name of the beast who tried to kill me."

[Kitsune]

K'taah, trying to act as innocent as she could, walked around the corner and gasped like she thought any goodbeast would. "What are you doing!?" She asked.

OOC: Redwaller:  Verdauga has x-ray vision! Lol no. I imagined the doors to the hangers to be at the base of the mountain and visible. If that's not the case(it is your character's mountain) just let me know and I'll modify it!

[Romsca]

Dirttail spat in the direction of the fox and ran away.

[Rainshadow]

  Twilight now looked at the fox, not interested in the rat.  "Who are you, and who was that?  I don't fancy being shot at, if you know what I mean."

[Romsca]

Dirttail hid behind a nearby dumpster, carefully listening to the conversation, and listening to see if police were following him.

[Kitsune]

"My name is Katrina and I hoped that.....that dirty rat wouldn't harm you!" K'taah ran into the alley and back out. "He....SHOT my back tire!" She said, showing the owl her motorcycle. "I hope the cops catch him!"

[Romsca]

Dirttail pulled out his phone and quietly called some of his friends.

OOC: Can be like Dirttail's friends or do you have to approve them first?

[Redwaller]

As long as they don't become characters, you're fine.

[Romsca]

OOC: OK! 

BIC: Some of Dirttail's gang pulled up in their car on the other side of the alley. Dirttail hopped in and explained what happened to him. He realized he had lost some of his money in the alley, and tried to think of a way to earn back what he lost.

[Redwaller]

OOC: Will they be here long, or just temporarily?

[Romsca]

OOC: Just temporarily, you'll see

"Commander" James Needle sat on top of the roof of the skyscraper, he trained his sniper in front of the doors to the casino. A big grey fox walked out, smoking a ciggarette, James cursed, the fox was not his target and he was blocking the door. At the last second the fox hailed a cab just as his target walked out of the door. His target was a snazzy weasel in a dinner jacket, through the sight on his sniper Needle could see that the weasel had his paw resting on the handle of a gun, obviously expecting an attack thought Needle hehe, your looking in the wrong place mate Needle fired. "The Commander" shouldered his sniper and crept off down the fire escape.
