There is no need for secrecy regarding the unfinished work (now). I can confirm, and also say that any eventual publication is public, and Internet speculation over it is fine. It is possible, I suppose, that the unfinished work was actually the Rogue Crew, but that came out so soon after his passing I doubt it. Last I heard of it, it was that the family planned to finish the novel based on Mr. Jacques's conversations with his brother regarding how he planned to end the story. There's not much telling where it is right now. I wouldn't get your hopes up (or down) over this, too much, yet. If anything comes of it, it will be heard then.

On a different note: There is no public knowledge of any sort of religious conversion of Mr. Jacques. And thus no reason for any discussion of Catholicism, or bad manners from anyone.
