Yar Har!  now we're talkin'!  some good ol' back-stabbin' and double-crossin' pirate-style.  of course, if anyone's seen Golfar's description, she's out lookin' for some beast that she suspects is someone from her past, so could be anyone, and then .....    (she sings in her head ....making a list, checking it twice, gonna find out who to put on ice.....)

Just so you know... I don't think Visefang would be the kind of character who'd be easily manipulated, and I don't even think he'd have an advisor considering he pretty much thinks "my way is the only way". I don't mind having a group of highly ranking generals and such as I said, but I'm not sure Visefang would be the kind of person who'd have a personal advisor. I don't mind the seer as I said, as he'd react much like Razzid from The Rogue Crew. I do like the idea of people plotting to kill me though.

And Mattio, I'd like it if you could draw it up. I'll send you a pm of my basic outline just to give you an idea of what I'd like, and then I'll let you make it look much better than I ever could. I'll probably just do it on paint, much easier that way.

I think that the tending a wound idea is great, but how would he have gotten the wound?

so, can we set up the first conflict? maybe they are all in the captain's cabin looking at the map and Golfar is pointing to some cove on the coast as a safe place to go because of the oncoming storm, but someone else, Skral (?) is arguing to ignore the storm and just prepare for an attack on the caves of the woodland creatures.  meanwhile Visefang is listening while having his wounds treated, very annoyed at the whole noise of it and quickly losing patience, the pain of being "treated" not helping .....  (plot teaser -- Skral is one of the beasts Golfar suspects of being on another pirate ship about 15 to 17 seasons ago,  or could it be Visefang himself .... hmmm, time will tell).

Good idea...my character's going to agree with Skral simply because she's too young (and naïve and stupid  ) to be worried about a storm
