Scary how Arikka is the spitting image of Vriska (except the horns) and I should have been clearer when describing Agatha's horns, they were supposed to be tall and thin. But yeah, they're all great

OMG! I love them! Especially the Art dump, the one of Rochil and The one of the picnic (That one made me laugh so hard, doesn't look like the handcuffs are doing you any good) ;D.

I also like the one of Leslie. *Plops my self down with hot chocolate and popcorn* I like long stories.  ;D (Pleas tell me not knowing is diving me crazy)
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

Jetthebinturong

I would also like to know Leslie's story. To be honest I would like to know all of your character's stories but you probably don't have time to write them all out

Thanks, Faiy-chan!  The art dump was basically me trying to figure out how to draw faces in a new method (using circles and lines, which is SO MUCH MORE HELPFUL THAN I THOUGHT IT WAS GONNA BE OH MY GOODNESS), but then my cousin started watching and I started goofing off with her, drawing animals and goofy faces and such.  :P

Rochil was one I had a bunch of fun with, simply 'cause Rocky's got a grumpy face and grumpy faces are fun to draw.  Plus the fact that he's dressed snazzily and that's a fun thing to draw, too.  And his hair.  His hair is so awesome to me.  I don't even know why, but it is.  (It was awkward, though.  I was trying to finish him up right before band started, and I was just finishing the shading around the edges when one of the moms (I know her children and occasionally talk to her) came up to me and said something along the lines of, "Wow!  That looks really good!  Did you draw that off the top of your head?"  I said yes, and she's like, "Wow!  We have an artist in the group!  You're amazing!"  That caught the attention of another mom, and she took one look at my drawing and asked, "Can I see it really quick?"  When I said yes, she picked up my clipboard and started staring at it intently, her mouth slightly agape.  I was blushing furiously, fighting the urge to take my clipboard back while screaming, "IT'S NOT DONE!  DON'T LOOK AT IT YET!"  :P  In short, I don't like it when people I know see my art.  People online are okay, but when I'm actually face to face with someone who's seeing what I've drawn, it makes me really nervous and uncomfortable.  :P)

Gosh, you guys, I say it's a long story and you immediately ask me to tell it?  ::)  Well, um, I don't really have a finalized story for her (or any of my characters, for that matter, but her story is very shaky compared to others like Adam or Iridan (Iridaaaaan!  I need to draw him.  (And no, his name isn't based off of Eridan.  I didn't even know who Eridan was when I created Iridan.  Though, looking at it now, the two characters share a lot of similarities.  :P))) but basically she's a modern-day human living in Tir (one of the continents on the main planet in my universe) who, by some sort of magic (haven't decided how it happens yet), gets sent into the past and plopped into the middle of the desert.  This explains why she's in the desert in pajamas, as she was wearing them prior to her little "trip" through time.  But yeah, as I said, her story isn't very good yet, so there's not much I can really say, other than that she uses alteration magic to change sand into a glass scythe to fend off enemies (why a scythe, you ask?  'Cause scythes are cool, that's why.).  I'll tell more when I actually decide what's gonna happen in her story, other than general confusion, language barriers, and trying to figure out how to get back to her own time.  I think I might give her some traveling buddies.  Maybe a dwarf and a shifter dragon?  That might be fun.  I haven't really incorporated the shifters into any of my stories yet, so I wanna, and she starts out in the desert, so it'd make sense to see one.

Yeah, very basic plot at this point.  Trust me, when I'm done thinking it through, it'll be much better.  But I create characters before I create stories, so I just decided a few days ago the general plot, even though Leslie's been in my mind for, like, a month or so.  :P

Awesome! I like how Brocksword turned out. The mail texture looks nice too. Thanks!  :)

Really cool. I'll do the same thing, well I do a little of both some times I will make the character and then the story and other times I have the story and then I make the characters.

Gide lines are amazingly helpful, when I started using them my art improved a lot. I was like... wow this is easy. You know Your art dump inspired me to do a little one myself. I might share it latter.

Jetthebinturong

Could you do these guys but in separate pictures?
Spoiler

The first one is David. David is short and has messy black hair. He wears a red coat that goes about halfway down his shins with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, a white t-shirt, blue jeans, red trainers (the kind I always ask for) and black fingerless gloves. He wields a shortsword and fire magic. He's 16

The next is Michael. He's tall and lanky and has medium-length black hair, cat ears and a tail. He wears an open zip-up yellow hoodie (hood down), white t-shirt, black jeans and black trainers. He doesn't have a weapon. He's also 16

Then there's David's brother Alex/Alexander. He's tall and has short brown hair. He wears a pull-on white hoodie (hood down), black jeans, blue trainers and the lower half of his face is covered by a black mask (which you don't have to draw, it's not really something he always wears, it's up to you). He has a belt of throwing knives going down diagonally from his right shoulder. He's 19

Then it's Tom/Thomas. He's short and has short blond hair. He wears a pull-on dark blue hoodie (hood down), lighter blue chinos and black trainers. His weapons are a curved knife and water magic. He's 17

And last is James. He's tall and has Sherlock-like black hair except longer. He wears a green wool coat with the collar covering the lower half of his face, black jeans and dark green trainers. His weapon is a stick of wood that changes size and lets him perform nature magic so that can be done however you want. He's 18

Sure!  They look like cool characters, so this might very well be fun to do.  ;D

Apologies for the double post, but I did a little thang for Leslie today because I wanted to mess with colours and I love red hair.  ;D

Still tryin' ta work out how to shade hair.  :P

Hi. Your recent arts are very cool.

Would you be willing to accept a huma.. Er, humanoid... Request?

(This character is a fire elf, more specifically an undead one. So yes, red hair. As in, red hair that waves around and looks like actual fire.)

He lives in a place intolerant of undead, so he possesses a magical hat that lets him alter his appearance. Humans and elves are more or less at war, but usually by posing as one or the other he can go mostly wherever he wants without being bullied or assaulted. So if you would consider drawing all three, that'd be cool. Otherwise just his undead form would be fine.

Kinda long

Name: Undetermined
Gender: Male
Age: 927 years (293 years natural lifespan, 634 years unlife)
Appearance: (I wrote these things in a different format for a different thing, so I'll post them here in that format)

   Natural/real:
Hair: Shoulder length, fiery red, shimmers and waves almost like fire
Skin: Dark charcoal grey, cool in temperature, smooth and dry
Eyes: Glassy and clouded, irises were deep violet in life but now appear dull red

Black leather cloak, with hood, worn up at all times. Black scarf wraps face, covering mouth and forehead, leaving only eyes open. Sash diagonally from right shoulder to left hip holds several vials, flasks, and a dagger. Leatherbound spellbook on hip, several leather belt pouches. Crossbow across back. (Oh, don't draw the face obscuring scarf thing, though. Otherwise he'd just look like a ninja with a magic book.)
     Height: 5'3''
     Weight: 96 lbs

   Elven Illusion:
     Hair: Very red, shoulder length
     Skin: Very pale
     Eyes: Red
     Face: hardened but elegant
Clothing/items: Same as actual clothing, however everything is in hues of brown and green, with silver fastenings being gold. No face coverings, and hood is worn down.
     Height: unchanged
     Weight: unchanged

Oh, if you were wondering why he doesn't have a backpack, he stores things in his chest cavity. I figure he doesn't need to use the space for anything else... :P

Rainshadow

Sure, I can do those.  Might take me awhile, as Jet-kun's requests come first, but you're on the list!  :)

Mmkay, cool!  Oh, hey, I have a question about James:  In the description, you said that he has a green wool coat with a collar that covers the lower half of his face.  I may be an idiot, but I can't figure out how that's supposed to look.  Could you possibly explain a bit of how that looks so I don't draw it completely wrong?  (I have the tendency to flub the clothing, which hopefully will be lessened soon 'cause I just got a manga modern clothing instruction book from the library.  It helps.  A lot.  Shows where creases go, different styles of clothing, about a billion different dresses, and the female model they used to showcase the knit scarf looks exactly like Rose Lalonde.  ;D)
