Rise of the Guardians

Surprised nobody started a topic about this film.  It just recently came out on dvd and bluray (bluray looks amazing by the way).  I really have enjoyed it as a story though I've long stopped believing in our main guardians, so I guess they must hate me.    Anyway, I found the characters of Santa and Bunny (the Easter Bunny) to be the most enjoyable in their own ways.  Tooth Fairy I didn't like as much being a bit too ditzy for my liking.  Sandman is flat out awesome with his expression, though it isn't clear why he never speaks--maybe the books give the reason.  The movie sure doesn't.  Its a fun story if you don't read too deeply into some of the lines.  The last line of the film is dreadful.  But there are scenes like Santa's sleigh ride or tooth gathering that I just stop watching because its just good fun and really well done.

Worth a watch or two or three.

This is my favorite movie of all times. I watched it 7 times already and I got it onThursday last week. This is amazing and I'm writing a fan fic on it. Jack Frost is my favorite character of all time.

Well it's an Easter movie about the Guardians who protect the children of the world from bad and evil aka The Bogeyman. The bogeyman has risen again and they have to protect the children and some things important events that make the movie better than I made it sound happen. But if I said it I'd give it away. It's a really good movie though.

I was gone for a while, and I wasn't said to be "back from the dead". Meybe it was because I didn't make it official on this Forum.....

Ah, yes, this is a very fun movie. I wasn't really enamored with the changes made to the characters I grew up with, but it's still a lot of fun. Definitely watch it if you haven't!

I always thought it was because silence is golden. Also: Pitch's nightmares were literal night mares. XD This amuses to no end, haha!

I did some research and the reason Sandy doesn't talk is because he doesn't want to wake or disturb the kids dreams.

There's an interesting take on it!  Though he probably could've spoken in North's workshop.
