Sorry to interrupt, but wouldn't a Redwall "Exercise" Program consist mainly of feasting, sleeping, singing / music playing contests, playing with the Dibbuns, and fishing in the pond or picking fruit in the orchard?

Maybe you should be doing a Salmandastron Exercise Program - lots of military marches, etc..  :)
True. ;D

I haven't gotten much exercise recently because some of my relatives are visiting and I've been busy. But yesterday we went out for a hike which included walking down and back up a cliff. Then today we visited some ruins and I got lots of exercise climbing up and down to get to the ruins.

I forgot to say that I'd MUCH more prefer and might even join a Redwall Exercise program. Something like: Today I slept until 11:30am, ate six cream buns and drank three glasses of fizzy cola, then lay by the pond reading a book until dinner time, ...   ;)

I walked 20 minutes and biked for 10 and plan to do 15 minutes on our Total Gym.

YES! lol
Living in peace, aye many a season,
Calm in life and sound in reason,,
'Til evil arrives, a wicked horde,
Driving a warrior to pick up his sword,
The challenger rings then, straight and fair,
Justice is with us, beware. Beware!

Not much today, just a 20 min walk during my break.

This morning I did:

50 Sit-ups
100 Jumping-jacks

I need to find something else to do, for it is getting highly boring to do the same thing every day.

Today I went on a 9.5 mile bike ride with my dad and it took about a hour and ten minutes. This was probably my hardest bike ride yet because there were some very steep hills that we had to bike up. Needless to say I will be sleeping well tonight.
