I wasen 't able to go bike riding today because my tire is popped so my dad and I went out geocacheing (if you don't know what that is, look it up - it's lots of fun). We spent 45 minutes hiking too and from the cache. One way included walking up a steep hill. I also did 50 jumping jacks.

I used an elliptical for 15 mins, lifted weights (leg cycle) for 30, and stretched for 15.

I'm still a bit out of the loop on starting.  This respiratory bug just doesn't want to leave! :-\

Treadmill for 15 min
Lifted weights (arm/torso cycle) for something like 25 min
Swam four laps (8 lengths) in the pool, then treaded water for 5 min

I seem to be gaining weight more than anything.  I'm not one to obsess about body size - I actually prefer being larger, it's an advantage during sparring in karate (and would be in a real-life situation too), just so long as I'm in the "healthy" range, which I've always been at the high end of.  I just thought that with this near-daily workout I'd be losing weight, not gaining.

Yesterday:
- Treadmill for 15 minutes
- Weightlifting for about 30?
- Exercise bike for 5-ish
- Elliptical for 15

All the while playing Rage of Bahamut on my ipod.  My team had a live war going on for that hour, and since I had Wi-Fi, by golly I wasn't going to miss it.  Even though we completely got stomped. :P

Today I just took a half-hour walk with my fitness team.

I've heard that's common because muscle is heavier than fat. The most common pattern is to gain muscle weight and then to start losing fat weight.
Living in peace, aye many a season,
Calm in life and sound in reason,,
'Til evil arrives, a wicked horde,
Driving a warrior to pick up his sword,
The challenger rings then, straight and fair,
Justice is with us, beware. Beware!
