It's supposed to rain for most of the week. So it's not very good if you want to take a walk.  :-\

I haven't done any exercise today but I am going to play football with my brothers later  8)

Ok here's a list of what I did yesterday and today. It was raining so I didn't do as much as I usually would. BTW I measure my exercising by minutes so....

Yesterday

Biking: 30 minutes
Walking: 15 minutes
Running: 5 minutes
I tried one pull-up but it didn't go so well.

Today

Biking: 25 minutes
Walking: 20 minutes
Running: 7 minutes

Total Gym exercises.

As I said in the other thread, I'm trying to get in shape.  The place I'm working at for the summer has a nice gym, and they're also doing a fitness program where we're split into teams run by high-ups in the company (one's even run by the CEO) and are scored based on how much we work out and get bonus points for working out as a team.
I've decided to listen to the Redwall audiobooks on my MP3 player during my gym time.  I just finished the first book today. :)

Today:

30 mins brisk walking (with team members, outside in the sun :))
10 mins jogging on a treadmill
40ish mins lifting weights (they've got two cycles - arms and legs, each cycle has about five to seven machines that work different muscles - so I did the arm cycle today, in addition to hand weighs and a dumbbell )
10 mins doing various stretches
about 40 situps

I've been going for a month exactly, between an hour or two per day, and I can start to see some improvement.  Not much, but it's there.  I haven't lost any weight or gone to smaller sizes - I love junk food too much for that - but I can feel/see that my muscles are just a tiny bit more toned than before.  I ran up my long driveway today, and wasn't very winded, whereas before, I'd be panting for breath for a little bit.

I'd feel silly joining, then not doing anything.  About all I did today was a three hour marathon on the recliner watching the NASCAR race and reading my book. :P
Reading! My favorite exercise! :D

....I have found myself breathless during battle scenes. Does that count? ;)

I have found that I've been more consistent since joining Every Move. Hooray for accountability! I'm still a wimp, though.
Living in peace, aye many a season,
Calm in life and sound in reason,,
'Til evil arrives, a wicked horde,
Driving a warrior to pick up his sword,
The challenger rings then, straight and fair,
Justice is with us, beware. Beware!

I'm might go swimming next week and I hovered the whole of my house so that should count as exercise  ;D

Sorry to interrupt, but wouldn't a Redwall "Exercise" Program consist mainly of feasting, sleeping, singing / music playing contests, playing with the Dibbuns, and fishing in the pond or picking fruit in the orchard?

Maybe you should be doing a Salmandastron Exercise Program - lots of military marches, etc..  :)
