Took two walks today - one during each of my breaks.  Might do a dancing game on the wii to get extra points for my fitness challenge; since one of the walks was with my team captain, all my points for the day are doubled.

Painted our gate which is huge and sang yesterday in a choir of thousand people to raise money for Water Aid  :P  :-*

Tam and Martin

I did a mile walk today and did about 67 jumping-jacks.

Today I went on a 8 1/2 mile bike ride with my Dad. It took about an hour.

I'll join!

Today I swam for two hours! Do that count?

I went on a 7 1/2 mile bike ride with my Dad and it took a little less than an hour.

Just Dance by any chance?
Living in peace, aye many a season,
Calm in life and sound in reason,,
'Til evil arrives, a wicked horde,
Driving a warrior to pick up his sword,
The challenger rings then, straight and fair,
Justice is with us, beware. Beware!

I helped poo pick our horse field and filled hay nets  ;D

I did 60 squats. It doesn't sound like much, but I'm heavy so it was kind of hard.

I'm not fat. I'm heavy and not very strong, okay? I'm not fat! I only weigh 109 pounds, which is just right for my age and size.

That's actually a lot less than I weigh but I probably weigh a lot more because I'm REALLY tall. Well, for my age.

What are squats?

I went on a 6.2 mile bike ride today by myself along my neighborhood's streets. It took about 30 minutes and I was going about 11 mph. I can go a lot faster when my Dad isn't along. But it's also not as fun when he's not along.

These are kinda what they are.

You grab a bar and hold it across your back (some people do it without and you basically lower yourself down with your knees. It is mostly a Quad workout.
