I'm sorry, but in page 264, article B, paragraph 16 of the Forum Laws. They say that if a King/Queen, is not active for more than a week, they lose their right to the throne.

   If King Shade has been impeached, then Regent Faiyloe takes his place- And she is entirely within her right to return the throne to him should he return. In the case of King Shade being lynched, this is a gross violation of the basest of our laws and the persons responsible shall be tried, hung, drawn, and quartered.
