  Plantain chips?  (For those of you who don't know what that is, it's pretty much one of the only 'crackers' people on the paleo diet (the diet I'm on) can have.

  They're kinda like banana chips (plantain is a type of banana, if I understand correctly), but they don't taste like it.  They taste like regular crackers.  Very good with tuna and egg salad!)
