There were three wearets/-rats I could recall.  One from Mattimeo (I think), one from Loamhedge, and one from The Rouge Crew.  Interestingly, I have a feeling that the ones from Mattimeo and Loamhedge are related/the same.  They both were around the Loamhedge area (again, I think, I thought of this whole concept last night), had the same manner of speech, and had the same-ish description.  On the other hand, Razzid looked nothing like either.  What are they?  Where are they from?

And a postscript:  Isn't it scientifically impossible to breed a rat with a weasel?
baby turtle forever

But not a ferret with a weasel ::)

Tam and Martin

That is a good point. I always imagined the Wearet in Mattimeo had family and they survived to be Kharanjul's tribe.

Actually, at the beginning of The Rogue Crew, Brian says that they are believed to be part Weasel, part Water rat.

Romsca

"Are believed to be" as in, the rest of the vermin think that is what he is

Buzz_Bumble

Really it's a wear'at ... because they go around wearing hats.  ;)

Actually it says "People's opinions were"

Then what are they? If BJ said they were that, then they must be.

Romsca

I thought they were actually supposed to be weasels and ferrets

The Shade

In Mattimeo, it says part ferret, part rat, with no ears.
They told me I was gullible. I believed them.

It is well known that 47% of statistics are made up on the spot.

I used to leave out half my sentances, but now I

I wouldn't say the one from Mattimeo is kharenjul in Loamhedge. I feel like he would spine too old be by then. And, lets face it, there probably aren't too many wearet couples running around with wearet babies. I think each on is like an isolated incident..
