I finished reading Rogue Crew yesterday! It's fun and sad at the same time.

Fun, because I can now start reading other books!

Sad, because it is finished and there won't be others.

But I know that the Fanfictions will be there whenever I'm looking for a new taste of Redwall.

phoenixfoden

yay! did you enjoy it?

Redwaller

Very much!

Although there were a few things I did not like.

Romsca

Yeah, I didn't like how Razzid had this thing for murdering ferrets :-[

Redwaller

The beginning was too fast paced.

The abbot and the others were way too stern with Uggo.

-Sometime later, the second mate was unexpectedly rescued by the subplot, which had been trailing a bit behind the boat (and the plot). The whole story moved along.

Well the snake's head was gone, so it would only be a matter of time before they were freed.

I loved the Rogue Crew. but i felt sad and nostalgic upon finishing it. It had its pros and cons. i mean let's give Brian some credit here, most of us had just read 21 books of the same series. There's only so much of a formula you can use!

And if you're looking for fanfics, (sorry for the self-advertising, but i gotta get the word out somehow!) I just completed one and am posting a chapter every day. the topic is "The Origins of Simon"
