I don't think I made it very clear in the rules but I don't want you going around controlling other people or objects that have a mind of there own to accomplish your own goals.

in short PPing is when you control someone else'es character like chopping there foot off and GMing is when you start doing things overly power full like lift something ten times your wait or fight against 100 and win, walk through walls etc.
