The servants ceased wailing. They hoisted up the throne, Rimp still on it, and rushed out of the room.

-Sometime later, the second mate was unexpectedly rescued by the subplot, which had been trailing a bit behind the boat (and the plot). The whole story moved along.

As Rimp was dragged into the dark room next door, everything went black, well, black-er than the already black blackness.

He awoke and found himself back with the group. The throne was back.

Rusvul decided to sit in the throne, hoping that he wouldn't die or be inadvertantly worshipping/sacrificing his life to some obscure god of evil.

Some one sits in the chair, The servers come out, we tell them to do something, and then they abduct the person seated in the chair. I say we try something else before we are all carried away," Dina said. She went up to one and looked him over.
