@Blaggut: Well, you've died before. If you die, you lose a life, and if you're stupid enough to die all 5 times, you start the ruins over. But that's unlikely.

Rimp tries to run away but is held back. He then has an idea.. He pulls his shirt of and rushes forward into the bubbling lake, full speed.

Amazia screamed, "No! You're gonna get killed!" But Rimp was a bit too far away to grab and rescue him. So the squirrelmaid just stood there helplessly, watching as Rimp drew nearer to his inevitable doom. Until Amazia suddenly realized that the whole group would be safer without Rimp continually getting them in trouble. So she sat down and yawned calmly. "Fine then! We don't really care!"

As you dive head first into the fizzling liquid, you feel a rush of cold. Then everything goes hot, and not just hot, burning! You feel your skin being eaten away quickly, and all of your fur dissolving. A searing pain reaches you as you gasp, letting some in through the nose. You feel an instant of rapid pain before your skull is hollowed out.

Shall we try this again? (Ok, did I really just write all that? Man, I didn't think I was that violent)

Well, since you died, you lost a life for the group. You now have 4 lives. Meaning the entire group can only die 4 more times.

Rimp decides to inspect the pool instead of bathing because of a nagging memory and standing on the respawn point that might not exist unless Norham says it does.

As he inspects the pool, he sees how volatile the liquid is, and goes around, catching up with the main group.

As you walk through the darkness, an eerie thudding sounds through the massive room. It resonates, and makes you shiver a little. You hear the ground rumble.

-Investigate said thudding
- Just keep walking!
-Tell Rimp to run towards it, it has cheese biscuits...
