It simply smiled, and kept smiling. It's eyes had a different look to them now.  He forced the dagger further up.

"It is just trying to confuse us," Dina said to Phin and to the thing "drop that."

Rimp ran inside, spearing the beast through the middle, it fell to the ground, dead, it's smile still on its lifeless face. "sometimes there are better solutions than mere menacing.." he opened a bottle, "mere cooking herbs" "basil... Thyme..."  he swallowed one and his face went read, they shared a startled laugh, though Rimp was a bit more caughng than laughing, then a look of fear came upon his face, "AHHH creatures, voices, I'm sorry I killed him, go away! No please!" Rimp yelled at nothing, the hallucinating rat threw his scitmatar at Phin, who dodged it. "NOOOOOOOO! Somebeast, Help! They're trying too kill mee!" Rimp then jumped into the corner, crying like a dibbun, afraid of his own mind.

"That is why I didn't want to kill it. We should still get out of here there might still be more around." Dina went over to Rimp and tugged his arm "Come on we got to get out of here. If you don't come with us we will leave you all alone by yourself with those things"

Y.. ye.. Y-y ok. "AHHHH, protect me!" "It wants myyyy soulllllll!" Rimp then went into a stupor and stood there refusing to move. He began to chant. "in the cave, there is crystal, to save thou friend you must break this object, but if you fail within two days, the spirits will claim him, and he will become a smiling fiend." (one of those creatures) Rimp them crumpled to the ground, weeping. Three minutes later Rimp got up and walked ahead with the others. He seemed fine enough, though every once and a while he would let out a shriek, or mumble in some odd language, even sometimes smiling.

OOC it is a cool plot twist Blaggut but this is Waterpaw's game so we have to respect his rules but you could make your own game or RP with this sort of story line. If it was a RP I would sign up to it and play  Now what should we do next Oh great GM  (I mean that in a nice way not trying to be rude  )
