  I win because I made the mistake of (1) forgetting to take my pain meds until the last dose had already worn off, (2) forgetting to ice my cheeks for quite some time, and (3) staying upright for almost three hours without taking a break to rest for a little bit.  Needless to say, I'm now in great pain and my cheeks are now much more swollen.  I'm also an idiot.

  My cheeks are really swollen, so that in itself hurts, but the inside of my cheeks are rubbing up against the stitches, so that makes it hurt more.

  Pretty much, I'm just slowly falling apart.
