Brainstorm the government! (bad title XD I know)(game idea)

Nope just the Council leaders.

Ok then.

Name: Shade (Can't really have any other name)
Species: Raccoon
Apperance: Fairly tall, with normal markings for a raccoon. Usually wears a bead or leather bracelet.
Weapons: Duel retracting wrist knives, with vambrace and gauntlet.
Role: Treasurer
Other: Takes his job seriously. He is almost eager to catch thieves in the act of snooping around, trying to find some money, so he can deal out punishment himself.

Looks good. Now for the landscaping is the place mountainous, does it have lots of trees, or is it by a large lake?

Lets throw some ideas out and then I will have a pole.

Just saying, animal won on the poll. I only voted so I could see what others had voted.  I rather like the idea of forest maybe with a lake or large river...are we going to have a main setting, like a castle or something?

About the main setting. That still needs to be determined. Probably since there is not one single ruler there would be several government buildings but the council would not live their they have there own homes. This is just an idea.

That could work too. And I'm guessing the currency is coins? 'Cos dealing with huge stone wheels is kinda more difficult.

Rusvul came up with a good coinage system. 



Concepiece: Equivalent to a penny, made of copper/tin, each depicting the head of one of the Councilors. Not very valuable because they only last as long as the councilor, if Counselor Pridefall died, all the coins with Pridefall's face would become invalid currency.

Argae: Silver coin, depicts the head councilors. Does not become obsolete as quickly as concepieces, the councillor must be dead for fifty years/seasons (Depending on species of players) before the coin becomes worthless. Worth 100 Concepieces.

Aurae: Gold coin, depicts the nation's symbol, whatever that may be, never becomes worthless, so long as it is legible. Worth some strange number (42? 51? 84? maybe just 100?) Argae.

Appearance: dark blonde fur, ice blue eyes with flecks of gold. 5ft 3. (or about I'm not sure) wears a black tunic and silver buttons.  
Weapons: dagger, bow, thin sword.
Role: The Minister for Prisons. 
Other: Is very random but deadly serious when I need to be.
