Yeah. . . I tried to do some symbolism with the extra stuff, like separating Zanga from the others and making the sides different tones. (The lush bushes vs the dead brambles.)

I think you captured each of the character wonderfully. Aside from the fact that Vatra probably has like a gazillion scars by now  . Why am I so brutal with my characters?

. . . I know that they're battle-marked, but I didn't see the need to show that to make it a better picture; it would have ruined it, methinks.

       Am I the only person that has a HUGE problem with burning the tapestry? Also, the whole point of us getting the guosim was to even the odds, it's not fair if every time one side gets reinforcements, the other side gets the same or even more.

As a bystander, I'm not sure what the problem is, even if it does get burned. It isn't like it's sacred or anything. Abbeydwellers made it, they can make another one. But just because a character took a torch to it, anyway, doesn't mean that the whole thing has to burn. Somebody can always think up a way to save it, even if it requires having Martin supernaturally come down and throw water on it.

       I was considering having Martin intervene, but I didn't want to suggest it because I figured no one else would like the idea. It just seems to make more sense to not have it burn at all.

The only beast really in the position to save the tapestry and have it be believable would be Jantar and Rachel plays that character.

Jantar is a seer: Perhaps Martin could do something that makes her really dislike the idea of it being burned.

No, and who knows? Maybe it's just a few beasts. And I have no idea whatsoever as to what I'm doing! I don't think I'm going to use my vermin (Sorry Rachy. I have too many characters. I can't, not without losing my temper every three seconds.) and so that leaves me with Arya, Bryant, and senile Abbess Russina.
