Count as high as possible before a moderator posts 2.0

The whole "Everybody could zero the opposing team" part.  Does this mean that any mod could bring it to zero when it was in the positives, and any member could bring it to zero when in the negatives?  'Cause that seems a bit overpowered. 

That's exactly how it worked.

It went along well for a little while, when there were more active moderators and fewer active members, but eventually it turned into a constant stream of 0s, 1s, and -1s.

The last poster was the zeroer, so it is now -1. Tam and Martin.
