If you have a newer one, they say to press and hold the volume down button and the power button simultaneously.

I can verify, James. No post/reply button. Had to spam people with PM's 'til they told me to use the "quote" button.

I use the newest version of Chrome, too, so it's no weird browser problem.

I have Chrome too and it was fine for me after I cleared my cache. Have you cleared your cache, Wylder?

In the version of Qupzilla I downloaded, I can view those buttons, but they're above the others (a bug that I have yet to determine the cause of, although I'm starting to see a pattern in the problems people've reported).

I've brought the old version of the theme back online so that people who are having trouble with the new one can use it for the time being; you can switch over here.
