Anpan stopped as well, collapsing as soon as she did. She had made it as far on adrenaline alone as she could, and now she needed rest. A lot of rest. "Are.. you guys.. ok?"

[Jukka the Sling]

"Yeah... I am..." Reina gasped out. "Hey Russina, you're sure we're safe here?"

[Cornflower MM]

Russina staggered over to her pals, and collapsed face-down. Then she lifted up her head, "No. I'm not okay. But I'll live. Reina, we're out of his territory. We should be fine." She gasped out, then let her face fall back down into the dirt.

[BlueRose]

Anpan mentally berated herself for not having been able to protect her friends more. She hated herself for having forgotten her clan's most important rule, 'if anything, be a meat shield'. All she had done was go off on her own little rampage of bloodwrath, and hadn't been useful in the least.

OOC: A meat shield? That's.....Interesting.

OOC: Isn't it? It's a rather interesting, and somewhat cruel, concept actually.

[Jukka the Sling]

"Oh... that's good... at least..." Reina gasped. Then, Russina collapsed facedown, and the ferretmaid looked at her with concern. "Hey, are... you awake?" She wondered if the squirrelmaid had fainted.

Russina lifted her head again. "Yeah. Just resting." Then her head went back down.

Anpan, still on the ground, finally gave up the ghost and fell asleep, even though falling asleep isn't really giving up the ghost... But an extremely tired otter doesn't sweat the small details of cultural phrases whilst falling asleep.

Russina then began snoring. Hey, she was tired, so should she care about whether or not she snores?

Reina lay back and before she knew it had fallen asleep, despite Russina's somewhat-annoying snores.

OOC: We should probably just skip to morning now. Any ideas for what should happen next?

OOC: Ok. I vote we go and fight the flitchaye.

OOC: Yeah...And no. How about they just start wandering around, fighting vermin? BNlue, you posted just before I did, and I think that's a good idea!

Reina awoke the next morning, stretched, and opened her eyes. She then sat up and looked at her two friends, who were still sleeping. It was late morning, so she figured it was high time for them to get up. "Guys! Wake up!"

Anpan scrunched her eyes before opening them and looking at Reina. "Five more minutes?"
