Anywhere Is: An Anything Goes RP

Anpan took care of the fish in little to no time at all. "Tada!" Casting around for a pair of forked sticks, she found two perfectly generic sticks with forks in the end. "Tada multiplied by two!"

"Great! Thank you, you two!" Russina sang as she put the fish on the bark, surrounding them with veggies, and watershrimp. Then she took the sticks, and stuick them in the dirt on either side of the fire, remarking, "These are the perfect length!" Then she put the bark on top, and  "Viola!" She said, "Now we just wait for it to cook."

Reina sat down by the fire and crossed her legs. "Can't wait until they're ready! I'm starving!"

Anpan flopped dramatically down on a mossy rock. "I'm exhausted! Still!"

Russina smiled, "Well, I'm starving AND exhausted. I haven't fought like that in....I have no clue how long." She admitted, then reached up to scratch behind one ear, and realized that the ear in question was a stub. "Hey, anyone want to check out my ear stub, to see if it's infected? I can't see it, y'know." She asked, starting to unwind the bandage.

"Um, okay," Reina volunteered, walking over to Russina. She glanced at the squirrelmaid's ear stub, then stepped back. "No, I think it's alright."

"Good! Thank you, Reina." Russina said, then took a look around to see if there was any herbs i the area. She was lucky: There was lavender (For pain) Rosemary, (For healing) and Tea Tree. (helps to stop infections). She gathered them up, and made a poultice, with some help from a little mud, slapped it on the stub, and re-wound the bandage. "There!" She said, satisfied. Russina then started to check the fish. "Hey, guys? i think they're done!" She said, enormously happy.

Anpan watched the proceedings with interest, and then wandered off seconds before Russina announced that the fish were done.

Russina started dividing the fish, and looked up and noticed Anpan was gone. "Hey, where's Anpan?" She asked, then called, "ANPAN!! THE FISH ARE READY!!

Reina grabbed a teeny piece of burning hot fish when Russina wasn't looking, and immediately regretted it. She dropped the bit of fish and blew on her fingers, rubbing them furiously with her other paw. When they felt better a moment later, she looked up. "Dunno where Anpan is. She was right there a minute ago. ANPAN!!! WHERE ARE YOU?"

Anpan heard her friend's cries, but felt strangely averse to eating fish. Grabbing a few berries, she turned and strolled back to her companions, munching the berries sedately.

"There you are! Anyway, the fish is ready," Reina told the ottermaid. Plucking a large leaf, the ferretmaid used it to pick up her own fish. She sat down and blew on it, then began eating.

Russina had been about to go look for the ottermaid, but had sat back down when Anpan appeared. "Where'd you run off to? And here's your ish." The squirrelmaid asked, nudging Anpan's share closer to the otter.

Anpan smiled sheepishly and picked the fish up, taking a few experimental nibbles. Nope, she didn't want fish. "Umm, I'm gonna go check out some tracks I saw by the stream..." Still holding her fish, she loped off into the trees.

"Why'd she take her fish?" Russina wondered out loud.
