That's true, but there are some people who claim that there was evolution, then God came and created some stuff, then He basically abandoned earth. I strongly disagree.
I believe that in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, then after humanity was plunged into sin, He sent His only Son to save us from our sin and now He is drawing people to Himself, forming them into the image of His Son, and will return to claim His own and create a New Heaven and New Earth!

How's that for a run-on sentence?

I do believe in God (obviously). I look around the wonders of creation and wonder how anyone could doubt that God exists. This world is too complex for it to have just happened.

I'll probably change mine soon, too. My profile pic usually reflects whatever book I'm reading at the beginning of the week.....however, this week I might just leave up the anti-evolution pic instead of trying to find something to reflect A Tale of Two Cities. I'd rather not have a picture of a guillotine as my profile!
