Guess the Moderator

I though of this game yesterday.

There is one moderator per round, and they answer questions through Mod Edit and the regular members try to guess who it is. The person who guesses correctly wins, but if nobody has guessed correctly in ten turns, then the moderator wins.

Example:

Rainshadow: What is your favorite color?
Mod edit: Blue

Leatho: What section of the forums do you post the most in?
Mod edit: Forum Games

Me: What's your favorite Redwall character?
Mod Edit: Martin

Ungatt: Do you like Ungatt Trun?
Mod edit: A little bit

Head in Another Galaxy: Who is your favorite villain?
Mod Edit: Cluney

Rainshadow: Is the moderator Osu?
Mod Edit: Yes!

(Point goes to Rainshadow)

Before guessing who the Moderator is, they have to answer five questions first.

Before we start, the mods will have to decide who's playing the first round. Once you've decided, you can mod edit this post to let me know.

The only problem is that when we edit posts our name shows up at the bottom, which is a dead giveaway... see the first post for an example.

  What about one member is picked (at random (it would be a hat draw thingy)) to represent the mod?  Like, said mod sends PM answers to the member, and that member answers the questions.  What about that?

That sounds like a good idea, if the mods are willing.

Maybe...but that can be rather tricky.

I think it sounds fine, but you'd have to make sure whichever mod in question knows what's going on; not all of them may have enough time for the game. Also, what if multiple mods send an answer to the user represent?

We can I guess then just choose one mod to answer and only that member, who won't participate in the game, will know whoo said it.
