I just don't look at what I'm eating. Lol.

You should see the things I've botched up. I burned ravioli (that was like eating noodles with ashes from a fire) caught the bacon on fire, FIRE I say, spilled a pizza onto the floor, dumped all the noodles into the sink, forgot to peel the potatoes before making mashed potatoes. . . the list continues. And my mom says I'm a good cook.

Your cooking skills sound a lot like mine. The only food item I can make well is tamigoyaki, and that's only because I was determined to make it better than my sister.

Zucchini bread, banana bread, anise bread (it's a spice), pancakes, cupcakes, pumpkin, blueberry, blueberry-rhubarb, strawberry-rhubarb, apple, and chocolate cream pies, blueberry-rhubarb crumble, apple crumble, cookies, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, stuffing, many different gravies, meatloaf, sausage rolls, pigs in a blanket, scrambled and fried eggs, omelets, salmon, trout, crappie, bass, perch, steelhead, clams, home made hamburgers, too many soups to remember, fresh bread, pizza (from scratch). . . good grief.
I'm turning into a chef! NNNNNOOOOOOOO- whatever.
Hope I didn't make anyone feel, um, insignificant?

Banana bread, pancakes (scratch), cupcakes (mix and scratch), pumpkin, pecan, apple and cherry pies, Dutch babies (look them up), chocolate chip cookies, cake mix cookies, thumbprint cookies, sugar cookies, snickerdoodles, baked and mashed potatoes, alfredo noodles, Cesar chicken noodle salad, YumInACastIronPan, meatloaf, eggs of all different varieties, city-lights chicken, tilapia, MahiMahi, barbecue chicken, french fries, hash-brown casserole, fresh bread, sour-dough bread, biscuits (scratch), rolls (scratch), cinnamon rolls (scratch), lasagna, white chili, chicken pot pie (scratch), Stir-fry (scratch), brisket, turkey, stuffing, takoyaki, tamigoyaki, onigiri, miso soup with tofu, french onion soup, chai spice doughnuts, and monkey bread. (To name a few.)

I'm also pretty good at salads.

Sloppy joe, pasties, scones, dill beef roast, garlic beef roast, breakfast casserole, turkey, chicken, whole and separate pieces, blackberry jam, blueberry jam, blueberry-rhubarb jam, apple sauce, apple butter, raspberry jam, pear butter, grilled cheese (lame, I know) chili, split pea soup, potato soup with ham, halibut soup, halibut steak, lintel soup, chicken soup, chicken and dumplings, chicken pie, beef pie, chicken savory sauce, quesidillas, enchiladas, drop biscuits, cinnamon rolls, French fries, Ugly Bread (patent! My signature bread) shrimp stir fry. . . Shall I continue?
Nearly every thing is scratch. Can't stand making stuff from packages.

Petit fours, curry, shrimp linguine, macaroni and cheese (scratch), three cheese macaroni casserole, meringue, teacakes, turkish delight, peanut brittle, gingerbread cookies, regular gingerbread with lemon sauce, cheesecake, babyfood dog biscuits, roasted brussels, broccoli and cheese omelet, lemon squares, blondies, brownie-in-a-mug, chocolate pudding cake, cardamom cookies, spaghetti and meatballs, tomato soup, rice cereal, fried polenta, chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and chicken and dumplings.
