A Winter to Freeze Your Heart part 2

[Dannflower Reguba]

       Ervoyce stopped by Zanga's grave on the way back, just barely missing Vatra. He was holding a special piece of grass used for the call he had made just minutes before, "Wish I'd known you better my friend.... Then maybe I'd have the words to say." He laid the grass on top of the stone, "Vengeance shall be served soon enough."

[Faiyloe]

Vatra sat down with her back against Brockhalls great trunk. There would probably be another raid again that night.

Arya gently placed the picture on her bed, admiring it for a few more minutes, then sighed. She left the room, went outside, and picked a bunch of spring wildflowers. Then, she went to Zanga's grave, but stopped when she saw Ervoyce. "Oh! Er, should I leave for a moment?" She asked, coloring slightly. She didn't know if Ervoyce wanted to spend time alone with Zanga's grave, or if he didn't care.

[Dannflower Reguba]

       Ervoyce looked up, "Oh no, you're fine. I'll leave now." The dark squirrel patted Arya's shoulder in passing, "Take care... Oh... And be ready for a bit of a surprise tonight." He left his friend to be alone with her lost friend. Upon nearing Brockhall he spotted Vatra, and realized that he was still camouflaged. He smiled slightly, thinking back to a past time when he'd hidden from his her. He approached slowly, and waited until he was leaning against the tree just off to her side before speaking, "You holding up the tree or something?"

"Okay." Arya said, but she wasn't sure Ervoyce heard her. A surprise? That could only mean another raid. She sighed, they should give up the raidws, before someone got hurt again. She placed her flowers at the bottom of the markers, and sighed. Then she curled up, and fell asleep on the fresh dirt.

[Faiyloe]

Vatra Shrieked and jumped up with javelin ready, Startled breathing hared eyes wide. She Relaxed a little however when she saw Ervoyce. or what looked like Ervoyce under the camouflage. "Don't do that!" She scolded.

       Ervoyce chuckled as he took the mask section off, "If you don't want me to do that then you shouldn't make it worth my while." He couldn't help but smile, "Either that, or you need to pay more attention to your surroundings."

After Arya was gone, Ushen looked at Bryant questioningly, "Does that mean she likes it?"

Raphael was doing some firing practice,  he practiced four times a day, the first one being at five o'clock in the morning, after he had warmed up, and run a mile, and a half.

[Faiyloe]

She laughed. "Oh I pay attention To my surroundings. It's your skill not my lack of it." Vatra said With a smile "and maybe I just like surprises. We should probably go find the others,"

After Arya was gone, Ushen looked at Bryant questioningly, "Does that mean she likes it?"

"Yeah..Maybes you should take her her food." Bryant said, frankly surprised.

[Dannflower Reguba]

       "Indeed, though there's been a slight change in plans. You and I need to split up and get everybeast involved in the raids outside to meet up on the North side of Redwall. Come geared up, but don't plan on anything particularly aggressive. I'd like to introduce them to.... A special force of nature."

[Faiyloe]

"Vatra looked perplexed but complied. She knew that what ever he had planed it would be good. She turned and started down in to Brockhall the find the boys. It didn't take long and she soon found the two in the hall. "Hey its time for another Raid. Ervoyce Said to get all geared up and meet him on the North side of the abbey,"

Ushen hadn't said anything to Bryant, still a little surprised, but then Vatra came, saying that there was to be a raid, "Um, I'm not very good at fighting."
This was only half true, when in the mood, he fought like a demon, but it took quite a lot to get him in that mood.

[Faiyloe]

"Don't worry Ervoyce has some thing planed he said to come geared up but also that he wasn't planing anything to aggressive," Vatra said she entered a room where they kept there stuff and started to get into one of the camouflage suits.

Bryaht groaned. "Alright, who's finding Arya? I've a feeling she'll at least want to know about this." Bryant hoped it wasn't him - For one, Arya just gave the the creeps now. It was like she was alive, but not really. For another, it would be good for Ushen and her to spend time together...He hoped.
