The Dibbuns squealed, then ran off, except the squirrel babe on Bryant's head, who was asleep. Bryant reached up, and took her off his head, and gently placed her on a couch. "Thank you." He said, relieved.

Ushen raised an eyebrow, and gave Bryant, a look. But there was laughter in his eyes. "Now your done playing nursemaid, shall we open this up?"

Cornflower MM

"Nursemaid? Oh, you better watch out." Bryant teased, then dove behind the couch as a stampede of Dibbuns ran into the room, looked around, and ran out.
"Okay. Can we open that thing up now?" He asked.

Dannflower Reguba

Ervoyce heard, but pretended that he didn't. They arrived at the abbey shortly after, approaching in silence. He peered through the branches at the vermin guard... There was little to even consider, a few guards, but nothing worth noting. The squirrel dropped three beasts with some sharpened wood shards before stating his intention of departure, "There's nothing we can do here tonight, we should probably get back now."

Abbess Russina passed through the room where Bryant and Ushen were, and raised her eyebrows. "What are you two up to?" She asked, her eyes twinkling.

Ushen, not wanting anyone else to know the location of his Cellar, threw the rug back over the trapdoor, then turned innocently to the Abbess. "Um, Bryant is hiding from the babes, and I'm looking for.....tools, to fix...Arya's floor."

Cornflower MM

"Why does Arya's floor need fixing? I just went by there, and it seemed fine, other than the fact that her things seem to have been moved." Russina said, then shrugged. "Ah well, doesn't natter. Good day. And you, white one, should stay away from the Dibbuns. You'll frighten them." She sai sternly, then left. Bryant winced, and closed his eyes. "Why on earth did I ever agree to stay here long enough to getr that stupid Abbey back?" HE muttered to himself.

Vatra watched and took out two more vermin she agreed with Ervoyce but said. "let's check round the other side first," She was not quite ready to leave just yet.
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

Ushen rolled his eyes, and slapped Bryant good naturedly on the back. "Cos your a good guy, and my brother. And if you dared running off, I'd cut the rest of your tail off, plus your ears."

Turan Luree cheerfully walked through the woods, whistling, and looking for all the world completely carefree. But he wasn't. Turan was a Shrew on a mission, and that mission was to help the beasts that used to call Redwall Abbey home at almost any cost. From several merchants who Turan had met, the Shrew had gathered that Redwall had been taken over by the infamous Grund Strongblade, who killed many on his conquest, including his own brother and a foreign warrior. Grund had ruled for about a half season, then promptly died. Unfortunately, the Redwallers still hadn't recovered their home, so Turan had packed up everything he'd need, and gone to help. He doubted he's be a huge factor, but in his experience any help helped.
As the Abbey came into sight, Turan slipped off the path and into the woods, hoping he'd run into some Redwallers there.

Bryant stuck his tongue out at Ushen, then grinned.

Ervoyce nodded and made his way to the other side of the massive structure's protective walls. He didn't bother looking for anything, having decided to let Vatra make her own opinions of about anything that might be happening. However, he did notice that there was another beast hanging around on the outside of the gates, just inside the forest. It smelled like a mouse or a shrew, and the natural avoidance of audible giveaways would suggest Guosim, or at least shrew. The beast was likely here to check up on Redwall, nothing to be concerned about at this point.

Vatra looked up at the wall there where some guards but nothing interesting... Then she had a thought she mulled it around in her head tweaking things here and there till she had a good plan. She did not however tell Ervoyce she knew that he would never let her go threw with it.

"Nothing much here," she said. She probably could have crossed over to the wall from that tree without being noticed but she preferred her plan and to do that see would need to go back to Brockhall.

Dannflower Reguba

Ervoyce nodded once again, "You go back, I need to stop by and speak to the Torrent before I get back to Brockhall. I'll see you later." The dark squirrel bounded into the trees towards the encampment of the Northerners.

Vatra didn't argue and started back towards Brokhall not wanting to have another encounter with the torrent that night. Anyway she had some preparations to make.
